Delete your LiveDeno account

You can delete your LiveDeno account, and all the drawings and artwork in it, at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open LiveDeno and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm it’s you: enter your password, or if you use Google, sign in with Google again.
Tap Delete account permanently.

Your account and data are deleted straight away. This can’t be undone.

Never created an account? Guests can do the same from Settings → Delete my data.

Can’t use the app?

Email support@livedeno.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my LiveDeno account”. We’ll confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.

Have a subscription?

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; see how to cancel. Unused creations and credit packs are lost when the account is deleted.

What gets deleted

Delete some data, keep your account

To delete a single artwork, press and hold it in your gallery, or open it and choose Delete artwork from the ⋯ menu. To have specific drawings or other data deleted without closing your account, email support@livedeno.app.
