Terms of Use
Last updated 3 October 2026 · LiveDeno by [Developer legal name]
These terms apply when you use the LiveDeno app (“the app”), provided by [Developer legal name] (“we”). By using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. Who can use LiveDeno
You must be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or make a purchase. Children can enjoy LiveDeno with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for how they use it.
2. Your account
You can look around the app as a guest. To create artwork or buy anything, you need a free account, signed in with Google or with an email address you confirm.
Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account, or see other ways to delete it.
3. Free creations, plans and credit packs
Each artwork you create uses one creation. Here’s how you get them:
- Free: every new account gets 5 free creations, then 1 free creation each week (weeks start Monday, 00:00 UTC). Unused weekly creations don’t carry over.
- Plans: monthly and yearly subscriptions give you a set number of creations each period, shown in the app before you buy. Yearly plans are billed once a year and refill every month. Unused plan creations don’t roll over.
- Credit packs: one-off purchases of extra creations. They’re used once your free or plan creations run out, and don’t expire while your account exists.
If a creation fails, including when a drawing is rejected by our safety checks, it isn’t counted. Creations and credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and are lost if you delete your account.
To keep things fair and protect against abuse, we may limit how many creations one account can make in a day, whatever your plan. If you reach that limit, you can create again the next day.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and may include tax. Prices on this website are in US dollars and are only a guide.
4. Payments, renewals and cancelling
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are charged to your Apple Account or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Every purchase is protected by a grown-ups-only check in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. If a price changes, the store will tell you first and, where required, ask you to agree.
To cancel or change a plan, use your store account settings:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LiveDeno.
- Android: Google Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LiveDeno.
You can also tap Manage subscription on the app’s plans screen. When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app or your LiveDeno account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we can’t issue them directly. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove the plan or credits it gave you.
Restore purchases in the app to move your plan and credit packs to a new device or account. Each credit pack can only be added once.
5. Your drawings and artwork
You keep ownership of the drawings you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, so we can create your artwork and show it in the app. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept with a report, as described in our Privacy Policy.
As far as the law allows, you may use the artwork the app creates for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial use. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and similar images may be created for other people.
6. Acceptable use
Only upload drawings you made or have permission to use. Don’t use LiveDeno to:
- upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, or harmful to children;
- upload photos of real people, or anyone’s personal information;
- infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
- get around limits or the grown-ups-only check, abuse refunds, or share or resell creations or accounts;
- use bots or scripts, reverse engineer the app, or disrupt or overload the service.
We may refuse to process content, and may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we’ll tell you why first.
7. AI-generated artwork
Artwork is created automatically by AI. Results can be surprising, and won’t always match the drawing. Every drawing is checked before it’s used, and every result passes the AI provider’s safety filters, but no filter is perfect. If something looks wrong or inappropriate, report it from the artwork’s menu (⋯ → Report artwork) and we’ll review it.
8. Our app and brand
LiveDeno, its design, art styles and brand belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the app store’s rules. You can’t copy, sell or modify the app itself.
9. Changes to the service
We’re always improving LiveDeno, so features, art styles and AI models may change. We may also pause creating artwork for a while, for example during heavy demand. If we ever shut LiveDeno down for good, we’ll give you reasonable notice so you can save your artwork, and refunds for unused paid periods will be handled under the app store’s policies and the law.
10. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that we’ll keep your content forever. Please save artwork you want to keep to your device.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded, or our liability for anything that can’t be limited by law.
12. Extra terms for the Apple App Store
If you got LiveDeno from the Apple App Store, these terms also apply:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence lets you use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Family members can use it through Family Sharing.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. Apple has no obligation to.
- If the app fails to meet any warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for it, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it doesn’t meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If anyone claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and resolving that claim.
- You confirm you’re not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you’re not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your mobile data plan.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and once you accept them, Apple can enforce them against you.
Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be sent to us using the details below.
13. Extra terms for Google Play
If you got LiveDeno from Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Google, and the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Google isn’t responsible for the app or its content.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state]. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out together.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and if the change is important, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using LiveDeno after that, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account.
